Bikali College a seat of higher learning is located at Dhupdhara, border of Kamrup and Goalpara Districts. The College was established on 14th April 1982. ‘Bikali Mauza’ is a part of historical ‘Habraghat Pargana’. The college is named after the name of ‘Mauza’.
