Open access is allowed to all the user of the library.

Membership:
The Library membership is open to students, faculty members & office staff. The duration of membership will be for an academic year and will have to renew every year.
Borrowing Facility:
- Faculty Members: 10 Books each for 30 days.
- Students with Major Course: 3 Books each for 15 days
- Students with General Course: 2 Books each for 15 days
- Higher Secondary Students: 2 Books each for 15 days
Reading room facility:
The Library has separate reading area with a seat of 170 for users. Users have to put their signature in a Gate register book.
Services Available:
- Digital Library: Digital Library preserves and enables easy and open access to all types of digital content including text, images, moving images, mpegs and data sets and makes it available to the entire scholarly community in open access. - OPAC Facility: OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) facility is being provided to the users. Through this facility they can access the holding of the library.
- Reprographic Facility: The Library provides photocopying facility within the premises of the Library.
- Information Display: All important information is displayed on the notice board for benefit of the students.
- Book Bank facility: A set of books are given to economically poor & backward students of the college for duration of one year. The library has a tradition of lending books for a certain period of time to the needy and meritorious students with due permission of the principal. Library hopes to extend this service in the near future.
- CAS (Current Awareness Service):New Arrival of journals & magazines are displayed on the Display Stack.
- Reference Service: The reference books are made available to the readers during library hours. The personal assistance as guidance and help is provided, if required to the new readers to make use of the reference books. The books treated as references by the library and the journals, magazines, bulletins; reports are not issued out of the library.
- User Education: There is a provision of giving user orientation to the students of the college for proper use of the library in the beginning of every academic year.

Technical works are the back bone of a library.
- Classification Scheme: Library uses latest DDC 23rd Edition for the Classification of Books.

The library has generated Digital Database of the books using Integrated Library Management Software SOUL 3.0 latest version, developed by the INFLIBNET Centre, an autonomous body of the UGC. Library is automated.
Rare Books: Some books for which there is not much demand and those of greater value but in poor physical condition are not kept in open shelves. They may be used with consultation with in the library with special permission from. There are 39 manuscripts in library.
Catalogue Card: The main entry (Master card) to locate books in the library is Author Catalogue Card. Cataloguing is the key to the library resources (2015-2016).
Book Bank: There is Book Bank in the library for helping the poor needy students and it’s consisting of 600 Numbers of books.
